Malta is a country in Southern Europe which consists of a chain of islands in the Mediterranean. Its neighboring countries include Sicily, Tunisia, the Strait of Gibraltar and Alexandria. The country is just over 300 square meters, making it one of the smallest, most densely populated countries on the planet.
Malta is a very popular tourist resort as a result of its recreational tranquility and numerous historical sites.
